- Four simple steps to get your money sent
Step 1: Obtain an authorization at Ministry of Finance and budgets to send money.
Step 2: Visit your MoneyGram agent at any BANGE agency. Carry a valid identity document ** with you, such as:
Passport
National identity card
Step 3: Fill out a simple money transfer form
Submit the completed and signed form to your MoneyGram agent along with the money you want to send and the transfer charge *** (See Sending fees on the Fee tab.)
You will receive a copy of the form and a transfer reference number. Keep both for your record.
Paso 4: Contact the person you send the money to and provide him/her with the transfer reference number. Make sure you do not provide the transfer reference number to any person you do not know or whose identity you are not certain of.
- Do you expect to receive money?
- Step 1: Request the transfer reference number. Once the sending has been made, the person who sends you money will receive a reference number. It is necessary to ask for the transfer reference number in order to collect the money.
Step 2: Visit your nearest MoneyGram agent. Bring your reference number and a valid identity document **, such as

Paso 3: Fill out and sign a simple receipt form, and show your Identity card. Once verified that all the data is correct, The MoneyGram agent shall give you the money, and a copy of the form.
